To The Source – Trip Participant Agreement
This Trip Participant Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Rebel Bunny, Inc. ("Sponsor") and the Participant named below in connection with the To The Source Japan trip scheduled for May 22, 2026 – June 2, 2026.
1. Voluntary Participation
Participant understands that participation in the trip is voluntary and may include international travel, transportation by air and ground, walking, visits to agricultural sites, visits to production facilities, food and beverage consumption, cultural activities, and related travel experiences.
2. Travel Documents and Eligibility
Participant confirms they are responsible for ensuring they have a valid passport, visa if required, and any other documents needed to legally enter and exit Japan. Participant understands that failure to obtain required travel documents may prevent participation in the trip.
Participant understands and accepts the ordinary risks associated with international travel and participation in the trip, including but not limited to illness, injury, delay, cancellation, weather, transportation disruption, agricultural conditions, and risks associated with visiting farms, production facilities, hotels, restaurants, and public places.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Participant releases and holds harmless Rebel Bunny, Inc., its officers, employees, contractors, partners, hosts, farmers, suppliers, agents, and representatives from claims arising out of Participant's participation in the trip, except to the extent caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
5. Medical Responsibility
Participant is responsible for carrying any personal medications and disclosing any significant medical, dietary, allergy, or accessibility needs that could materially affect participation. Participant authorizes emergency medical care if needed and understands that any resulting medical costs are Participant's responsibility unless otherwise required by law.
6. Rules, Conduct, and Safety
Participant agrees to follow reasonable safety, cultural, and conduct instructions provided by Sponsor, local hosts, farmers, hotels, transportation providers, or production facilities. Sponsor may remove Participant from part or all of the trip if Participant's conduct creates risk, serious disruption, safety concerns, legal issues, or reputational harm.
Participant understands that travel dates, itinerary, locations, accommodations, transportation, and activities may change due to weather, harvest conditions, agricultural timing, producer availability, safety, transportation issues, operational needs, or other factors outside Sponsor's control.
8. Covered and Personal Costs
Sponsor will cover official trip costs as determined by Sponsor, including economy airfare, accommodations during official trip dates, official ground transportation, official trip activities, and meals during official trip dates. Participant is responsible for personal expenses, passport or visa costs, travel insurance, upgrades, extensions, personal shopping, room service, minibar charges, additional luggage fees, and any costs outside the approved trip plan unless Sponsor approves otherwise in writing.
9. Publicity and Content Release
Participant grants Sponsor permission to photograph, film, record, and use Participant's name, likeness, voice, image, social handle, statements, and trip-related photos/videos captured during the trip for editorial, documentary, social media, marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes without additional compensation. Participant also grants Sponsor permission to repost, edit, share, and use any trip-related content Participant creates and publicly posts, provided Sponsor uses it in connection with Rebel Bunny, To The Source, or related brand storytelling.
Participant may learn or observe non-public information about Rebel Bunny's sourcing, operations, suppliers, farmers, pricing, production, product development, logistics, strategy, or business relationships ("Confidential Information"). Participant agrees not to disclose, publish, share, record, or use Confidential Information without Sponsor's prior written consent. Participant may share general trip experiences, approved photos/videos, and non-confidential observations, provided such sharing does not disclose non-public operational, sourcing, supplier, pricing, or strategic information.
11. Non-Conflict Acknowledgment
Participant confirms they are not attending the trip on behalf of any competing matcha, tea, beverage, wellness, or food brand. Participant agrees to disclose to Sponsor any current employment, sponsorship, consulting, or paid relationship with any competing matcha brand.
12. No Employment Relationship
